Scheduled for a Fall 2009 introduction, the policy will address these and many other deficiencies by establishing tough new safety standards for each chemical on the market and requiring manufacturers to prove that their chemicals meet these standards before they can be used in the products people buy. The bill would give the EPA new authority to restrict any substances that fail to pass the test. This was the first airing, which is not - and has not been - available in the TV archive. See the interview above, where the plane is compared to "a bad special effect." Thanks to somebody in Omaha, Nebraska for recording their KETV Channel 7 that afternoon. The next appearance of the Fairbanks shot in the available TV record is at exactly 6:00 pm on ABC Channel 7 in Washington, WJLA.

Few 9/11 airplane videographers were interviewed on television. Clifton Cloud was one of them, in addition to Evan Fairbanks on ABC the day before and Luis Alonso on MSNBC 9/22. Perhaps the powers that be wanted to publicize a less incriminating video - another one with no detail - instead of the closeup "ghostplane" reportedly shot by Michael Hezarkhani. (Such is the suspicion of No-planers.)
